The International Trade Awards 2010 sponsored by Santander Corporate Banking are the only UK wide business awards exclusive to exporters and importers.

Companies from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales involved in import, export, outward investment or inward investment, are invited to compete in regional heats. 12 businesses will be shortlisted within each region and received at a presentation hosted locally. At each regional award presentation, one winner will be announced from the 12 regional finalists; resulting in 12 Regional winners from across the UK.

The 12 regional winners will be invited to the UK final at a prestigious Awards Presentation at The House of Lords in Spring 2011 where three national winners will be announced:

- Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year

- Excellence in Innovation for International Trade, sponsored by Eversheds LLP

- International Trade Company of the Year 2010, sponsored by Santander
